Clean Power Lead Energy Transitions Commission

Phoebe is the Clean Power Lead at the Energy Transitions Commission. In this role, Phoebe oversees analytical work on clean power, focusing on overcoming barriers to accelerating the build and optimisation of cleaner, more efficient power grids. As the former Lead Analyst of the battery team at Fastmarkets, Phoebe has particular expertise in battery and energy storage markets, supply chains, and regulation.

In addition to her role at the ETC, Phoebe is the founder and director of the non-profit Open Door Community Kitchen, a community kitchen serving free meals to those in need in London. After graduating from Duke University with a BA in International Politics and History, Phoebe received an MSc in International Relations from the LSE.
