Sarah Kenny-Levick is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, spanning roles across National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET), the Electricity System Operator (ESO), and now the National Grid Distribution business. Her career has encompassed regulation, customer and stakeholder engagement, connections contracts, and engineering investment. Sarah played a key role in leading the Clean Power 2030 initiative for NGED connections, laying the groundwork ahead of the current Connections Reform. She now leads the NGED implementation of Connections Reform as a Senior Manager, driving strategic change across the business.

Previously, Sarah served as the regulatory lead for the first two ASTI projects to be initiated and funded projects that are instrumental in building the infrastructure required to achieve Net Zero. Her transition to National Grid in 2010 from the automotive and consumer electronics industries was driven by a strong personal commitment to sustainability and making a meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Sarah is a proud solo parent who finds joy in outdoor adventures with her children, embracing every opportunity to explore and connect with nature.
